Private or Group Class

If you are interested in registering for a childbirth education class, please download this PDF file. Fill out the form and return it to Jennifer Green with your $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This will guarantee your space and ensure that supplies are provided for you and your partner. A minimum of three students per class is needed for the series. Personal check, Cashiers Check, Money Orders and Paypal are accepted methods of payment. If you would like to utilize Paypal for the deposit, please click on the "Add to Cart" button below. The remaining class fees are due upon the first meeting/class.

For those desiring this class without the birth series, please download the registration form and return it to Jennifer Green.
