Private Classes Private class sessions are a great choice if you and your birth team are unable to attend the eight-week group class. These sessions may accomodate a wide variety of schedules and the information presented can be tailored to your birth place and expectations.  Each registered private student receives a Student Binder that is an abbreviated version that the group class receives. Three options are available for the private class: Two 3-hour sessions, Three 3-hour sessions or Four 3-hour sessions. Registration is required!   Option One: Two 3-hour sessions. This option is great for "veteran" natural childbirth parents. It can be a great refresher course. Binder Cost: $190 which includes a $50 non-refundable deposit   Option Two: Three 3-hour sessions. This is a great option for first time parents or those seeking a natural childbirth experience for the first time. Binder Cost: $270 which includes a $50 non-refundable deposit   Option Three: Four 3-hour sessions. This is an abbreviated version of the eight week course normally offered. This is a great option for those seeking more one-on-one time with an experienced instructor, but unable to commit to a weekly childbirth class. Binder Cost: $360 which includes a $50 non-refundable deposit   All private sessions cover the following topics: The Stages of Labor and Birth Labor Support Informed Consent Common Procedures/Interventions/Drugs Newborn Procedures Postpartum Breastfeeding Option Three also includes these topics: Holistic Model of Birth, Induction, and Mental/Emotional Qualities of Birth.
