As a mother of three, aspiring midwife, and passionate birth advocate, I will do everything I can to ensure you have a satisfying, fulfilling, and empowering birth experience. Before birth, you can call or E-mail with questions and concerns. If I don't know the answer, I know someone who does! During labor, I will meet you at home or your birth place and stay with you until after the birth. I utilize techniques such as soothing touch, visualization, and positioning to make labor progress and keep you as comfortable as possible. After the birth, I will stay for a bit and help with breastfeeding, etc. Once I head home, you can always call or E-mail. There is a postpartum visit in your home a few weeks after the birth. Pictures and notes from your birth are given to you then (if requested).
